Ticketing for Less (“us”, “we”, or “our”), operated by Global Amenities, runs the Ticketing for Less website and phone support (the “Service”). This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

When you use the Service we may ask for information that can identify or contact you, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and the details of your order (attractions, dates, number of tickets). If you call us, we also receive your phone number and the content of the call.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, verify orders and prevent fraud, send order-related messages, and improve the Service. To protect our customers, some orders are held for a short check before tickets are issued, and we may contact you by phone, text or email to confirm the order.

Sharing to fulfil your order

To deliver your tickets, we share your name, email address and booking details with the attraction or ticket supplier you purchased from. Some attractions send your tickets to you directly.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Braintree, a PayPal service, and Square). Your full card number goes directly to them; we do not store it.

Phone calls

Calls to our support line may be recorded for quality and support purposes, and may be answered by an automated AI assistant, which will tell you it is an AI. Call recordings and transcripts are handled by our service providers under written agreements and are used only to help you and to improve our support.

Service providers

We use trusted companies to run the Service on our behalf, for example website hosting, payment processing, email and text messaging, phone support and customer support tools. They receive only the information they need for their task, are bound by written terms, and may not use it for any other purpose, including training their own AI models.

Marketing messages

If you opt in, we may send you emails about offers and new attractions; each email includes an unsubscribe link. We send marketing text messages or calls only if you have given your express consent, for example by ticking a box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Order confirmations, tickets and order-verification messages are not marketing and are sent regardless.

Mobile information and text-message opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Log data and cookies

When you visit the website, your browser sends information such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit and the time spent on them. We use cookies to run the site and understand how it is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the site may not work.

Security

We protect your information with commercially reasonable measures, including encryption in transit, restricted and two-step-protected staff access, and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site may link to other websites, including attraction sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Legal requests

We disclose personal information where required by law, subpoena or other legal process.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
