No. Our call center will do this with the guest directly. If the guest has only been promised a Global Amenities Free Attraction Brochure in Journey with no additional
tickets, have them follow the instructions below.

  • The guest must call 855-224-4860 before visiting attraction.
  • Call between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm / 7 days a week.
  • Redeem your free code with call center agent.
  • Call center agent will exchange code for a valid e-ticket.
  • Arrive at the attraction and show e-ticket for admission.

YES! Each attraction in the check-in brochure
has a free offer to be used.

Yes. They will do it at the same time as they gift additional tickets promised to the guest shown in Journey. This will be in training.

Redemption (FREE) codes are on the brochure that Gifting has in their possession. The
